The essential component in the entire process is the client. We strive to involve the client in every aspect of the design process. We meet frequently to establish criteria, review options, determine functional relationships, and review design direction. We also work very hard to establish and maintain realistic budgets before we begin the design process. We also believe in a responsible approach to project management and have developed a system to keep the process focused and efficient. These processes and additional skills allow us to create a result ideally suited to our clients - “the client’s building”.
